I filed my paperwork I-130 I-485, I-765 on May 29th. I mailed it and USCIS received it on June 4th. I have the receipt # for I-485, and I-765, but nothing for the I-130 (which concerns me, does this mean that they lost the I-130?). I went for my biometrics appointment on July 25th. Since then I have had no touches, nothing. The 90 days was up today as far as I know. Unless I am calculating it wrong. I have called in, and they told me that they will put in a service request, and that USCIS has up until September 8th to get back to me. Am I just stuck waiting?? And am I in fact out of normal processing times??? What can I do!?!? Suggestions!?

You should be counting 90 days from your Notice date, and there is not much you can do now, since you already put in service request. If you don't hear anything back you should make an infopass, it helped me to get my EAD. I know it sucks, but yeah, we are pretty much stuck waiting for everything with USCIS.

I did not get a NOA for the 130 either, from the timelines I've read, I'm not sure they send one for that.

I'm sure this is of no help, but I think there are people still waiting from February and March. They must have some special criteria they use for processing order, its clear it just not by filing dates. Hopefully it won't be too much longer for you.

I filed I-485, I-765 and I-131. Date received is May 25th and Notice date is June 3rd.

I just called customer services and they refused to put in a service request as they say my application is within the processing date of April 1st

I am reluctant to make an infopass appointment as my service centre is a seven hour round trip, I don't want to go all that way to be told the same thing.

Looks like I am going to have to sit this out a while longer, at this rate I will get my AOS before my EAD as that has already been transferred to CSC.

Apologies for causing confusion, I misspoke earlier. I did in fact receive a NOA for the 130.

You should have received an NOA for the I-130.

You could be outside of processing times for your EAD depending on your local office's timeline. Some are actually posting longer than 90 day timelines at the moment.

I'd see what comes from the service request and then if you still have no information on the I-130, I'd schedule an Infopass to make sure it hasn't been lost and is in process.
