Its only me and my Fiancee. I have made over 40,000 for this year, but I lost my job. I am wondering if that is gonna effect anything? I am looking for another job and hopefully I will be hired on this coming tuesday as I was told by the Hiring manager. I also have a co sponsor that has a lot of property. Can I get his help to make it easier on myself? Does the cansulate ask for a letter from employer?

From what I've heard, they're mostly interested in current income, so previous income isn't really something they look into to much. If you do not have a job when the I134 and such has to be send to the consulate or embassey, then a cosponsor should be helpful too. If you and the cosponsor combined (or the cosponsor alone) make enough money to be 125% above poverty lines, then there will be no problem. Assets is also a thing they do take into consideration... I think you should be ok with the cosponsor :)
