I'm looking for anyone out there where there Visa was not denied by an embassy but instead put on administrative review. Not with the NVC but with the embassy itself. My Fiance interviewed on August 27th and they gave her a paper that said Administrative Review. They would be in touch. Anyone else out there in the same boat?

did they ask for anything?

was there a color to the slip.

In china, not good.

You need to get help from others with petitions from your country

hope to hear more.

GOOD LUCK

No, they gave her a paper with multiple items that could be checked. Everything we needed was there. The last box "other" was checked and the words administrative review wriitten in. They told my fiancee they would contact her.

They didn't ask for anything, only that they would be in touch with her. When she asked how long they said they did not know.
