My wife overstayed her visa and was picked up. She is now out on a bond, and I was wondering if she can fly? She does not have her visa or passport, just the bond paperwork. Anybody have any exprience in this?

Fly where? Domestically or internationally...

Domestic travel would require some sort of photo ID, does she have something else?

International travel would require a passport so that is out...

sorry, domestic. Was thinking of going to Las Vegas, but if she can't fly, then that shoots that idea. Was wondering if the bond would act like a pass?

I highly doubt a TSA ID checker would have a clue as to what the paper is... They are looking for a governemnt issued photo ID.

Her sister was going to be there, however, I do not want to risk any problems.
