How can the consular determine that i've stayed for more than 6 months? what documents will they want to see to show proof that i've been a resident for more than 6 months? I'm a Dual citizen ( US and filipino ). Married my wife in the philippines, and been together ever since. I want to start petitioning my wife so that I can take her to the states. I want to start the DCF process.

It's not just proof that you've been there for 6 months, but proof that you've been there LEGALLY for 6 months.

Since you're a dual citizen, sounds like that's covered.

Your passport would be the first piece of evidence...should state when you entered PI at least 6 months prior to your DCF.

Bank accounts, lease statements or other official documents will also be good supporting evidence.
