Awww dear, sorry for the horrible experience you had to go through!

But I am glad to see that everything had turned out for the best, Congratulations and hope your Visa will come sooner!!! :star:

wow  the first person interviewing you should find a job commensurate with her mental and emotional abilities - like flipping burgers.

that consul can replace spongebob at krusty krab..

Overacting old, FAT CO. Well if she loses her job, what is the slaughter house doing? grrrrr.. I hope me and my girls won't encounter that consul, I am afraid that if she gets mean I'll flare up. All I'm doing is real and everyone here, why we got all the proofs and not be judged with what just comes to her mind. Baka naman kulang yun P520 sis, sana dinagdagan mo pa,haha!

You still won the battle! balikan mo kaya kapag hawak mo na ang visa, give her a bundle, ..sorry, nanggigigil lang ako.grrrr.

Congratulations!

I'm glad our fiance was there too; I think the CO would have had her way if he was not there to get another interview. You both did a good job. Makes me think I should be at Kris' interview. Congrats to you both.

GOSH!!!! That lady consul sure sound like a valium addict who missed her dose for the day  . If she is afraid of losing her job then why be a total wreck. HAYY, I am sure glad it is over. Your fraudulent second marriage was not annulled it was nullified. Legally speaking, annulment is for voidable marriages, while declaration of nullity is for void marriages... there is difference between the two. I believed in my heart that you did have a strong case. I am praying that the chief consul will be true to his words and you will really receive the visa in 3 weeks time or even less.

God be with you always and I hope the memory of all the pains and hassles that you and Stephen have gone through just to be together will really strengthen you for years & decades to come.

Wishing you love and happiness always.. God bless you. (F)

I wanted to fight with the consul na talaga kaso pinigilan ko sarili ko kasi nasa alanganing lugar ako. Kaya si Stephen na lang... e kung magalit sya dun, ano gagawin sa kanya di ba? E US Citizen sya.

you did great! at shempre ang poise dba?:lol:

correct! they wouldnt do anything bad to steph..

eh if kaw yon baka ipadampot ka sa guard at lalo matakot baby mo..

and one thing more if kaw yung mang-aaway, it might leave them a bad impression abt you dba..

if that's me i dunno what i would do.. baka umuwi akong luhaan..

I'm sorry sis to hear this sad story. Your fiance made a good move. this bitchy consul is as dumb as she is. she knows what happen but she acted as if you we're bribing her. She was really really stupid, to think that it was just your son playing.... However, congratulations for really winning that situation.

Gosh..that's really so horrible, the CO interviewed me was very opposite, she is fat and pretty but as in very, very nice (the famous window 32)i saw that blue paper, i'm curious what was that kasi yan din sinusulatan nong pre screener ko eh pero while nagsusulat sya parang sa quiz sa school tinatakpan nya, ayaw ipakita :D Saka mas very nice pa yong CO ko kesa pre screener ko and when the CO told me to go outside wait to be call again, i told her Thank You Madam, and the CO even cared to say YOUR WELCOME with a smile and first time that she look at me coz while interviewing me she was so busy typing in the computer.

Anyways...i want to CONGRATULATE you and your Fiance for fighting with that MEANIE CO..lol....:thumbs::thumbs:

how can a 3 year old kid that can't barely talk will bribe someone??? wow! what a complete idiot she is! if she will make up stories then she better make it realistic!!!

Oh my! what a horrible experience you had BUT it proves that you are a strong woman Ria as you were able to handle a difficult situation like that

I'll admit that i was teary after reading your post caz i am happy that the chief approved your visa and i am pretty sure that he didn't believe with the story of the lunatic CO, as it is really impossible for a 3 year old kid to bribe someone.

YOU MADE IT! I am truly happy for you :)

PS,

i saw your son and you have a cute lil kiddo :D
