Denied Visa From Another Country

Timeline

We have filed the I129F recently. My financee applied for a business visa to travel to South Africa but was denied. Apparently the SA embassy was

unable to verify that she worked for the company in China. (she did in fact, but later decided not to go-they called the receptionist at the Chinese

company where my fiancee worked but the receptionest did not know my fiancee worked there)

Long story, short. Are there other forms that will be filed later where it asks if she has ever applied for a visa in another country? (I suspect there is)

We are attempting to find the rejection letter from the SA embassy now but if we can't find it we are going to ask for an official response.

What impact might this have on our approval for the K-1 Visa? I'm trying to be optimistic here but I suspect it will hurt our chances.

US wouldnt care if you were denied a visa to another country and no were is it even mentioned on any K1 forms, or even AOS application forms for that matter. K1 visa or any US visa is all about going to the US, not any other country.
