Me again... Hello all:

I forgot to ask another question, concerning the DS-230.

Do I have to include my husband 1-864? They have said that they have received it. I can't find anywhere on the list of things to submit, to include it. They do not say that they have approve the 1-864, but they have received the fees, all fees.Where do I put photos?

Ok, enought about being a pest today. One day, I will be able to help someone, in this same situation. In my humble opinion, I owe big time to all who have help me here.

Marie

and don't forget, that IF you have:

lived in a different part of your country of nationality for more than 6 months and you were 16 years or older at

that time,

YOU NEED A POLICE CERTICATE OF THAT LOCALITY

lived in a different country for more than 12 months,

YOU NEED A POLICE CERTICATE OF THAT LOCALITY (OF THAT COUNTRY)

been arrested for any reason, regardless of how long you lived there and regardless of age,

YOU NEED A POLICE CERTICATE OF THAT LOCALITY
