im working on aos for my wife, im filling out the i864 now, on page 3 it ask about house hold size. it says to enter the number of persons im sponsoring in this form, then it shows a 1 for my self, then i must enter a 1 if im married. but my question is: if i enter 1 person im sponsoring 1 for my self and 1 for my spouse, thats a total of 3. but my spouse is the person im sponsoring on this form, should i enter 0 in line c? i have no children its just me and my wife. it will look like i have 3 dependents??

Don't enter 1 on line c...just 1 on line a (persons you're sponsoring)....that's what they says on the example forms...otherwise you count your wife twice.

HI there,

You either include your spouse in or the other but not both. Yes, you just entry 0. Your TOTAL PERSONS should be 2. You and your spouse. I think I read that in the directions for the AOS. Hope this helps.

13-04-08 - going to Montreal by car with my girlfriend-staying at hotel across from embassy, staying for 2 nights

04-21-08 - Port of Entry - Sarnia Ontario

08-21-08 - Biometerics appt - took 5 minutes once we got there NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO FINISH MY JOURNEY............

I think you have to check box E and write your wife's name....not sure though...I'm going through the forms myself and I'm a bit confused...sorry.. :bonk:

Yup, question 24 just tick (e) and fill in your spouse's name. That should work based on the instructions.
