Sent I-485, I-130, and I-765 as package, never received "Notice Of Approval for I-130"

Folks,

I am already Permanent Resident (10 years), I was wondering something, I sent I-485, I-130, and I-765 as a package, I received "Notice Of Approval for I-485" (Welcome Notice), I received "Notice Of Approval for I-765", but never received "Notice Of Approval for I-130".

The current status of I-130 since 2005 from https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp which I think is incorrect is the following:

---

Current Status: Case received and pending.

---

I know online status are not accurate, but if online status is not accurate, What system do they have that say that I-130 were approved?

I called my lawyer today and they told me that they never received "Notice Of Approval for I-130", but they also told me that with the "Notice Of Approval for I-485" (Welcome Notice) is enough because applications were sent as a package. if I-130 were sent separated, I will receive a "Notice Of Approval" for it.

A friend also told me:

"We were informed that the I-130 and AOS (I-485) are acted upon jointly. If AOS (I-485) is approved, I-130 is automatically approved without separate notification"

I haven't been able to find this information in http://www.uscis.gov, so I am not 100 % sure that "Current Status: Case received and pending" is not a mistake.

Any thought? Any experience you want to share?

Don't worry about it, they're processed together even if you don't receive a notice.

It is really annoy that they didn't update the status of my I-130 :S, so I think with the I-485 NOA2 (Welcome Notice) is enough then as the lawyer and my friend said.

I just wanted to find that information on http://www.uscis.gov, but I haven't been to find it yet.

Why do you keep checking on it?

Hi Heliosphan,

Yes, it is because I've became paranoid because of USCIS :S.

By the way, How was in your case?, Did you received NOA2s for I-485 and I-130? or Did you just received NOA2 (Welcome Notice) for I-485 (AOS)?

They hardly every update the cases online the right way. Don't worry about what you see there.

Yeah I got NOAs for the I-485, I-130 and I765. Waiting on the interview letter now.
