When are US going to handling the visa by the income day? It is very easy if you scanning all applications. Its doesn’t matter from which area the partner live in or its doesn’t matter which service center who check up the papers, all it’s about the incoming dated papers, its mean the same rules and possibilities for everyone who apply.

If I know what I know today, I had stay there in US on my WV and marry me because that is how the authority priority our paper, an unequal way are more priority than a legal way! Alternative, we had probably written us on our other house in California. (Today we belong Vermont Service Center. becuase one of us live in Georgia). I had not sit here and thinking over an administrative system because I was already approved.

I had work with “working permits” in my own country; I know that this system it’s old, really old!

However, I am patience and who knows maybe US never been my country, with the time I see the possibilities to live with my husband in other countries who have the humanity on a higher agenda. My friends husband got his resident permit approved after 5 weeks and this family told me its toke so long time,, yeah I hear but I cant agree….

I hope you understand my point, even if my English it’s not the best!

It's an outdated and inhuman system that hiding behind the veil of "national security"! Many ordinary people are being caught in this inefficient system and many couples suffered long separation because of that.

I met a woman at the US embassy yesterday, she has been married to a US citizen for 10 years and living apart for the past 8 1/2 years ! She is in her late 40s, was upset and weeping as she tried to explain to the consular office about her predicament. She was a nurse and worked in an American hospital when she met and married her husband. She left the US for an emergency without an advanced parole while adjusting status and that landed them into the immigration black hole. After spending thousands on immigration lawyers and filing all sort of paperwork, their hardship letter was rejected recently on the reason that it's hard enough. (well, being married for 10 years and live apart for 8 1/2 years is not hard enough for this inhuman beauraucrats) At the end of the rope, they are considering divorce and move on.

I really feel sorry for this lady, I told her to have her husband try seeking help from the congressman or senator's office.
