I spoke with an NVC officer who said an interview has been appointed and the letter is on the way. He said you shouldn't have to wait for the interview letter in hand in order to proceed with the medical exams. Can anyone add to this?

Furthermore, what forms must be brought to the medical exam?

the physician will have all the forms that are required to be filled out
