my marriage is anulled in my previous failed relationship, met my bf now and decided to file a fiancee visa? my concerns is does it affect the timeline of my processing of visa? does it takes longer?

No, not at all. The only time it would slow down your journey is if you wanted to file and you hadn't got your annulment.

if you have all your anullement documentation it should take the same. it is similar to somebody divorced. you need the divorce decree.

Since Divorce does not exist in PI.

Make sure you have all your paperwork to prove a legal annullment and provide proper paper work.

I don't think you should have any problem if annullment was done thru proper channels.

As long as you already have the Decision and Finality of your annulment,you're fine.I've included a copy of each in our K1 package application,it took us 4mos to get approved(check my timeline)
