Hi all, i got the interview letter more than month ago and i am still not preparing for it (laziness) . I want to ask about some stuffs were written in the interview letter. By the way i didnt send any medical Form (I-693) i wrote about this a long time ago, i didnt send it with the AOS as i didnt get any record or copy from the damn doctor in Morocco,i didnt know i should asked about it, anyway when i sent the AOS papers i wrote in a paper to whom it may concern that i didnt get a copy of the medical, and that i believe that the medical exam and vaccination are in the yellow sealed envolop i gave in the airport JFK. After filing i never got a RFE. Now the interview letter asks to bring focuments which one of them is the medical : A completed medical examination and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submitted)

By the way i had the medical exam before the consulate interview in july 2007. Do you think they will ask about a new medical?

My other question is, they ask about A certified copy of your marriage issued by the appropriate civil authority .

the only certified copy of our marriage i had, i sent it with the AOS file ,i have just the original marriage . Do i have to go to the court and ask about a certified copy? or i just make a copy of the original and take them both with us ?.

i know i wrote much and take you for your patience and help.

Your laziness is not going to help you get thru the interview. If you are serious about your AOS interview, get your paperwork in place before the interview and be prepared for the questions. Make sure you respect the process.

Regarding your medical, am not sure what your off-shore medical report says, you need to complete the I-693/A if you have not submitted with the AOS package, the interview letter clearly said that for all of us. Go see the nearest USCIS approved doctor right away.

Regarding the certified copy of the marriage, I suggest that you carry a copy of the certified copy of the marriage. Usually it is available with the county recorder's office. Sometimes officer are particular of the certified copy.

I hope you are aware of the other documents that are required for the AOS interview. If you are not then, there are a lot of posts on this forum. Please search for them and you'll know.

That form no longer exists. The new form is I-693, and it has a section on it for vaccinaion info.
