F-1 applying for AOS

Hi everyone-:

On the I-130 form it asked for my I-94 number, however I am an F-1 therefore free to travel to and fro. I have four I-94 cards (photocopies) including my initial card that I received when I first entered in 2004 and also my most recent one from 2007 which do you suggest they are referring to??

Also as an F-1 I do not have an A#, I have a Sevis number should I include this number anywhere on my applications or perhaps on the rear of my passport photos??

Thanks,

Have a good one!

The most recent one, since immigration is supposed to take an old I-94 before issuing a new one, the old ones become obsolete and I really think you don't need the photocopies for anything.

Don't worry about that, if you don't have an A# just leave it blank, I had one @ the moment we applied for AOS because I was assigned one when I applied for my EAD based on my OPT after graduation. I used that one in the forms since we got married after 6 months of my graduation and supposedly USCIS was to keep the same A# but at the end they ended up assigning me a different one than that from my 1st EAD. ANYWAY, I have my green card and that's what counts. So bottomline, don't worry if you don't have one.
