Does anyone know how long a K1 visa from Dakar, Senegal is valid? I thought it was 6 months. There is an expiration date of Dec 25 on my fiancee's visa but he tells me it expires in 90 days. I was planning on him coming here in October because that is when I can afford to send him plane ticket

6 months to use it - expires 90 days after he enters the US.

6 months to use it - expires 90 days after he enters the US.

It expires when it expires or is VIODED when it is used. The I-94 issued at POE extends 90 days from entry.
