Medical condition rush of visa ?

I have a question in regards to medical reason for rushing a visa. My step daughter has a condition that has no cure. She currently has a brain tumor and eye tumor. She had her 3rd surgery in May and found out that she now has a cist next to her brain steam spinal fluid. She is 5 years old…. Is there a way that my wife can send proof of all this to the visa center to get me to her and my daughter faster. She well be going through some more things this year and really want to be there for support. I hope that someone may have an answer for this. Thanks…..

yes appears to me that this could be a ground for medical expedite. have ur wife send u the supporting documents and then talk to USCIS for a possible expedite...hope ur daughter feels better...
