Ok we received our NOA2 on Friday and I was just looking ahead at what we needed and I have a question.

If I make allot more than needed based on the poverty level chart. Is it really necessary to have bank statements, stock papers, etc.? Or can I just make copies of my check stubs and get a letter from my employer?

Are you talking AOS? Or the interview?

For the interview I just sent P a copy of my last two tax returns and a letter from my employer. It was totally fine for the interview.

For AOS I am sending tax returns and letter from employer again, because I make far more than the minimum. I think this will be ok.

Good - I think were in about the same situation. Luckily I make enough and really dont see why they need everything when my income should be enough..

I would try to always play on the safe side and provide transcripts of ur taxes filed with IRS and the letter from your employer. Your stubs is just extra and if u want to include them, it certainly wont hurt. Check the directions on the form to file, it will give you all the options. Good luck!
