My RFE is still on its way to San Diego form Lagua Niguel. If they mail it right, it should be here soon. I can't wait and CSC officer is telling me everyday that they will mail it out today but it is not out yet.

You should see an approval soon.

BTW, I got my answer to what I asked you in PM. Thanks anyway.

Nimche, keep hope!!! Everything is gonna be OK with the RFE!!!

I wish you Good Luck! You are going to have an approval very soon! Thank you!!!

Ah! The Europeans do not need Visa to travel to USA, we can go to USA as a tourist all the time. We can stay as long as 90 days per stay, they call it VWP (Visa Waiver Program).

I am allowed to go into the USA to visit during this process but the decision to let you in or not is up to the officer at the airport (border), so its risky!!

Today, I had a new "Touch" in my I-130! Another week without my Approval notice! :(

Hi!

I'm SO sorry!!! This is really UNFAIR!!!!! We were approved last weekend after 4 months, but I was sad because I know that there's so many people who filled before us waiting... this is just unbelievable!!!! You pay so much, and there's so much burocracy... and you have a terrible slooow system. I keep saying to my husband "your government is making fun of you, taking your money for a pathetic service, this is unbelievable, a scandal, but you don't COMPLAIN. If they were doing the same thing to me in my country I'd send complaining letters to everyone, I'd fight". America has to know what we are suffering, what an American citizen has to go through for the privilege of living with their foreign SPOUSE, with a legal marriage!!! Sorry, I had to say it, I'm furious, it's just not the treatment that human beings deserve!

I'm very fortunate and I can't complain: my husband is still with me, he had a scholarship to Europe this year and we are both in Madrid preparing our thesis (I love jamón!). In one month he has to go back to the US, and sometimes I cry when I look at him and think that in a couple of weeks we're going to be apart for 2? 3? months...

Just to say that I wish you all the luck in the world: go girl!!! I'm looking forward to hearing good news from you!!

Un abrazo:

e-migra

E-migra! Hola!

Thank you very much!! I appreciated all your words!

If you live in Madrid now, you know that in Spain this would be impossible!!

Spain is a country with similar immigration problems as USA, but here, if you are an immigrant who marries a Spaniard you do not have to leave Spain during the process.

The majority of my family and friends can't understand, I know that a lot of people are thinking that I have problems with my husband and that the "papers" are just my excuse why we are not together!!!

I feel very bad when I see their faces!!

I suffered a very bad accident in 2006, and I have a lot of physical disabilities, I need help in the most of my daily routine, and medication for the pain.

I also have post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, flash backs, depression, ... and bunches of problems in my everyday life!!!

I believe that I was very patient, but now I am losing my mind, I need my husband!!! 8 months is enough!

I am lucky because my husband has a wonderful boss who allowed him to come here every two moths, for a week! But I really miss him, Nobody relieves me as him! I need to wake up every day watching his face!!

E-migra, Thank you and Good luck in the NVC!!!

Saludos!

Baby

My Husband called a lot of times at NVC during this week, BUT he cannot obtain our IIN!!!

In the last call, the operator told him that They sent him the package by mail, yesterday!

I am a little frustrated!!

All the operators told him that they do not authorize to give him the IIN and

He cannot pay on line because the system is not working!!!

I am very very sadddd!

We emailed an Expedite Request (medical reason) at NVC two days ago!!

We do not know if NVC can expedite our Case, but we try!!!

My Husband mailed and E-mailed the DS-3032, and the Expedite Request on 2008/08/30.

NVC received all on 2008/09/02.

The I-864 bill status on line is still "In process". My husband paid on 2008/08/30.

Today (2008/09/03) I saw (online) that the IV Bill is generated. I assume that my Husband can pay this bill, too!!

I am Happy, because I really see an improvement!

On Sept 15th is our First Anniversary, Maybe ... The Visa ... is it going to be my Gift??

Maybe it is too soon ... Maybe My Gift is going to be "Case Complete" at NVC!!
