Missing documents

Hi All,

Need your help.

DS230 and supporting documents was received by NVC on July 13th and been reviewed.

I just checked automatically system from NVC today that they sent mail on July 22th for missing documents.

is this notification called by RFE ???, should I check with life operator or wait until the agent I pointed receieve mail from NVC?

Case complate : August 27th 2008 , Interview date will on Oct 29th 2008

Package forwarded to Local embassy : Sept 11th 2008

Package received : Sept 15th 2008

Receive interview mail : Sept 30, 2008

Medical check : Oct 1st 2008 passed

Vaccination : Oct 1st 2008 , OK got 2 shots

New Interview date : Oct 21st 2008 VISA APPROVED AND ISSUED

POE at Phoenix : NOV 28th smooth

Receive Welcome letter and SSN : Dec 17th 2008

Green card received : Dec 22th 2008

Yes that is RFE. You can wait for the mail or do as I did and talk to an operator, they should tell you what you are missing.

Call the NVC, they should be able to tell you exactly what is missing. Then you can mail them along with your IV Bar code cover sheet.

Write at the bottom (checklist response letter) and instead of attn: CMR, do attn:DR

speak witht he nvc operator. sometimes its just a false RFE just give it some time. goodluck

NVC Case Completed July 14, 2008

NVC send the Case Complete to USEM Manila: Aug. 5th 2008

USEM recieved complete case from NVC Aug 8th 2008

paid debros aug 22,2008

Medical Sept 9,10 He passed Thank you God. God is always good.

Interview Date: Sept 29, 2008 at USEM Manila 8:30AM APPROVED!!!

Visa In hand: Oct 2, 2008 yahoo

POE Nov 17, 2008.

Green Card and S.S received Nov 28th, 2008
