I-864 and notary

hi all,

I was wondering if form I-864 needed to be notarized, if I am filing my wife's AOS and I-130 while she is already here in the US. I have already mailed the packet last week and want to know if I should expect USCIS mail my packet back for that reason.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
