Hello everyone my I-94 expired but I didn't file my AOS yet but im already married before it expires.. does it affects my AOS when I send it? plsssss. help...thank you

If you came on a K1 and married within the 90 days allotted, just file AOS when you can. There is no set time when AOS must be filed by.

Once you file AOS your status is awaiting AOS just file soon if you can

I haven't file for AOS yet too, and I have I-94 expired but was able to get marry within the 90day timeframe.. We're good

no problem 'coz you got married before it expired. it doesn't affect your AOS at all. file your AOS as soon as you can to get things going.
