Hi. I submitted my NOA1 on March 3 and it was touched on March 5 but it has not been touched again since. Ive noticed that a few people have received thier NOA2 and thier NOA1 date is after mine. I am wondering how many times thier case was touched before NOA2 approval?

Please can someone help as I am begining to stress. Thanks.

Hi, there are ppl also whose case has never been touched but they got their NOA2. you may want to read Feb filers at CSC thread.

Regardless of which service center you filed at, you'll find it very frustrating when someone who filed after you gets approved before you. However, despite the apparent lack of order to the process, they wll get to you in due course.

Try and remember that if your case was assigned to an adjudicator who has been on vacation for a couple of weeks, or is maybe out sick, or maybe is a less experienced employee, all these things will mean it takes them longer to work it than someone who cases gets assigned to an experienced USCIS adjudicator, who perhaps works overtime too...

You're still well within the timeframe, stay strong and your NOA2 will find you soon. (Trust me, I was one of the worst people out there for bugging out about it - and I got mine in good time!)
