That looks great. Only thing I would add is the card the original GC came attached to. They do say to send that in if you kept it. If not, don't fret about it.

When can you send it in? I'll be mailing ours in on August 2nd. I will cross my fingers for yours as well.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Thanks for the help! Not sure what we did with that stub, probably have it though. Our window opened on 7/1, but I had to wait a while for the IRS to send the actual transcripts. We'll pray for you guys too. Good luck!

May want to include a copy of YOUR SSN card and driver’s license, I did this all on the same sheet, kind of let's them know the DMV was also fooled into thinking you have the same address.

Only other thing I see missing is birth certificates of children from your marriage, can you quickly have a kid or two in the next couple of days? Ha, don't worry about that, we couldn't do that either. But I did point out in my cover letter that between my wife and myself, eight children are listed under part five, and isn't Eight is Enough?

Wonder if that got a laugh, but don't know, was not called in for a RFE.

Yours looks good to me, ha, closed the cover letter, I as the US citizen wrote and typed that and personally invited any agents of the USCIS to come visit us. I also enclosed 4 sworn and notarized affidavits, what the heck, could have enclosed a hundred.

Is your wife from Colombia? So is mine, also visited there to meet all of my wonderful in-laws.

Would wish you good luck, but I don't feel you need it.

No kids yet, hopefully in a couple years, but I didn't get the comment about fooling the DMV into thinking we have the same address. Anyway, thanks for the feedback.

No kids yet, hopefully in a couple years, but I didn't get the comment about fooling the DMV into thinking we have the same address

LOL, part of the proof drunk syndrome, wife having to prove to the US consulate who she is, what she is, and why she wants to come here. We go to our county court house, again prove who we are, how old we are, that we are free to marry, where we live, and what our intentions are and proof from the US Consulate she is legal to be here to get a marriage license we had to pay 150 bucks for. We get married besides with our marriage certificate, positive proof that we are who we say we are, go to the USCIS for immigration, show them all the proof we go so far, not enough, we need more proof, get that, wait five months for an EAD card that gives us what we need for her to get a restricted SS card, but the EAD card is not enough, also have to show the proof that she is legal to be here with addition proof she lives where we say she lives. With that go to the DMV with all that proof, but not enough, do you have a utility bill or witnesses that your really say who you are? We finally get that and live quietly for awhile, but go to our banks to open a checking and savings account, giving them money is not enough, still need proof and a FBI check that we are not terrorist that are going to overthrow the government with a thousand buck account. With that proof, we go back to the USCIS with tons of pictures, an FBI check, savings account information some other stuff I can't remember, interrogated, asked a bunch of questions and finally approved for a two year green card.

My comment about even trying to fool the DMV into the fact that we indeed have the same address was facetious, but even though we used proof from the USCIS to get that driver's license, the USCIS likes to see that driver's license as proof that we are still are married along with joint income taxes, her name on my property deed, we paid our property taxes that has her name on the bill, witnesses, etc., all for the major crime of getting married. Guy feels all proofed out.

Strange, in the same country send guys to the electric chair with the word of one witness, yeah, I know it was dark and foggy, yeah I know my eyes are bad, but that is the guy that shot that other guy sitting over there. He's guilty, fry his ###. It's crazy.

Can't they just ask you if your intentions were honorable and take your word for it?
