Can someone please help me understand this letter?

I think i understand what they are saying, but want to make sure. Please add your thoughts.

Based on the interviews and documents submitted, we have returned petition I-129, to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for review and possible revocation. if an officer develops information at the interview that was not available to the adjudicating immigration officer at the time of petition approval, the petition may be returned to the USCIS for re-examination. accordingly, consular officer have returned the petition and additional supporting to the Kentucky Consular Center.

What it says to me is that the Consular Officer discovered something at an interview that caused enough concern about the I-129 to return it to USCIS for review or revocation of the application.

The officer goes on to state the authority used to return it to USCIS for possible revocation or re-examination. What happened at the interview?

I am not sure what happened. This was a letter that my friend got for his wife's interview.

sounds to me like they want to deny the visa. that have to send evidence back to uscis to justify them recommending revocation/denial of the visa.
