New I-864?????

hey guys. i need some guidance.

our AOS interview is next week. We filed using our 2006 taxes. We are going to take the 2007 taxes with us. Do we have to prepare a new I-864 and I-864a(we used co-sponsers) ??????

also, we submitted the vaccination report from the civil surgeon along with the application. also, he had his medical done in October 2007 for his k-3. Do you think we will be fine in that matter or should we just get another report ready?

Newer I-864s are not requirements for AOS interview as well as medical, unless USCIS request them in AOS interview letter.

I-864 does not expire, it is considered valid from the time it is accepted by USCIS.

Expiration of the I-864 Does the I-864, I-864EZ, or I-864A ever expire?

No, the validity of the I-864, I-864 EZ, or I-864A is considered indefinite; beginning from the date the sponsor files it with either the National Visa Center, the U.S. embassy or consulate.
