My visa expires on August 26, 2008, and i just got here last 20th of June, the immigration officer at the airport told me that after sept. 18, if i wasn't get married they'll pick me up to where i live and send me home[PI].

now i'm confuse, if after august 26, i wasn't be married yet, what would happen to my visa? will the embassy still be able to accept it?

thanks in advance.

Once you used your visa, your visa is meaningless... After entry, the document you must pay attention to is the I-94 given to you at immigration.

YMMV

once you enter the USA, you have 90 days to get married. that's when your I-94 will expire.

in short, that my visa will expires on 18th of September and not on the 26th of august...

right?

in short your authorized stay (as indicated by the I-94) expires on 18 Sept. Your visa is already invalid because it has been used.
