...Help. ._.

Yea, so there are MANY help sites and forums about the K-1 visa immigration process to America. Wonderful, that's great.

I'm wondering where I'd find information on a USC and a NC marrying wherever and living legally in the Netherlands. I've tried Google. Nada. Seems impossible, aside from something called family reunion, but since my boyfriend and I haven't even MET yet, much less married, I dun' think that one's going to work. At least, not yet. We know there have to be more options open to us, and I'm trying to find all available as far as where we'll live, etc...But the other piece of the pie (Netherlands vs the USoA piece) doesn't seem to want to be found.

Any suggestions/links?

I feel extremely unskilled and the common 'avidgamers' term for this is.

-raises hand in surrender- Owned. Thanks, dearie.

I found both of those before (directed by a site directed to me by a paper that came with my PASSPORT TODAY -foolishly attempts to redirect conversation-, and the other one was where I found the 'family reunion' information.

Trust me, honey, we will be. I don't jump into things like that so quickly, no matter how deep our feelings run.

Thanks for the good luck, it looks like I'm gonna need it!

There's a strong chance I may go to the Netherlands. He has supportive family there (who happen to really like me. :3), whereas I only have a few strong, supportive friends, a sister who's immigrating to the UK, and a father I don't see often. :3

As a USC you can travel to the Netherlands without a visa. You can also stay there for a while (3 months) without contacting the authorities. You can however not work there. To work you will need a permit and a letter from your prospective employer indicating that no EU-national is available for the position. To immigrate, you contact the foreign resident office after arrival...
