Hello! We are now ready to submit just waiting on an answer to these questions:

1. Do we need to or is it recommended to include a copy of the foreign spouses birth certificate in the original I-130 packet?

2. Is attaching photographs onto a sheet of paper, with descriptions of them along with three affidavits substantial proof of a bonafide marriage?

3. Must we mail the package with delivery confirmation or is regular mail suitable?

4. Is it okay to place all of the documents into a vanilla colored filing folder?

5. When should we begin preparing our I-129 packet?

6. Are we supposed to sign the G-325A in blue ink?

7. What if some of the documents are a little wrinkled, will the USCIS reject our application? If so, should we redo them?

Thank you everyone! Please reply if you can, sorry for the long list of questions but we are desperate here.

Hope these will help: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-130instr.pdf; http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-129Finstr.pdf

1. No need for birth certificate

2. No need just the passport pics that required

3. Registered Mail would be good. It's important that you know if they got it.

4. Place it in a folder that you think your docs wont be bent and got wet

5. You could file it together as in simultaneously, knew people did that and it works

6. All docs must be signed by black ink

7. Passport picture id should not be crampled or bent, put your full name at the back of the pic

Goodluck!!!
