Hi everyone,

I'm trying to answer the form but am stomped on question#22. It says, "Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:" We are here in California and we are sending the packet in Chicago. My question is, which location are we going to indicate?

Hi Geri, If you download the Instructions for I-130 it tells you the office.

Chicago address is the "front end" for the National Benefits Center.

The closest local office in your state. But the package is mailed to Chicago lockbox.
