The Package instructions seem to be conflicting in what they are telling my fiance.

The letter states that she should bring her Birth certificate and police certificates to the interview and one of the forms that she needs to mail in as a part of step one states that these should be attacted sna sent in prior.

Can any one clarify this for us..
