So what kind of food did you serve??

food!! umm.. I dont know how to explain - will try my best

rosted beef - medium rare - sliced thin

chicken (put in the oven - rosted?) with 3 kind of hurbs.. i know one is rosemary

salmon (not sure how he cooked it.. but very good.. not dry and still have great taste of salmon) with mango salsa - the most favoirite of everyone

some kind of rice thing... dont remember the name

and vegetable (cook in the oven.. rosted again???) - also all gone..

and we have fondu (spelling?) of fresh fruits.. for desert

it was a totle of about $30-34 per person.. but we think it worth it.. Bram and I LOVE to eat and we cook (and Bram is a great cook) so we find a place that really have good food ^^

What ever happened to the weddings we used to have at the American legion hall or VFW when we were kids? Hell they were a lot of fun and cheap. Someone made the meatballs, pasta etc, everyone got drunk on a couple barrels of beer. DJ with dancing and one hell of a good time.

our VFW doesn't allow drinking in its building!!
