Hello everybody!

I am working on my AOS papers right now...I know that I don't have to pass the medical again as i did it for my K-1 interview.

As for the vaccination sheet, that's what written on mine:

"Vaccine history incomplete - Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver because vaccination(s) not medically appropriate.

What on earth does it mean? I was sure everything was complete cuz the doctor sent me to do two shots that i was missing...So, should i expect any problems when i call a civil surgeon?

Thank you very much in advance for your help and advice!

Sasha

My Vaccination Worksheet said the same thing on it.

We simply had the Civil Surgeon transfer the information from the Vaccination Worksheet (from the K-1 process) onto the Vaccination Supplement.

He charged us $35.00 for this service, but no additional vaccinations were required.

Call around to get prices because we were given a big range of prices when we were looking.

Thanks a lot! I'm fine then...phew....

As for the prices, I am gonna call this Dr Arnold (see pinned topic on the top of this forum). Apparently he does the transfer for 10 or 20$...
