I know this isn't the "right" place to post this but i need a quick answer and am hoping someone can help me out -I'm filling out the I-485 to adjust my husbands status and I have a few quick questions

Where it asks USCIS Status what do you put? My husband is on a K-1 Visa - is that the answer? The next question is "Expires on" - is that the date his visa expires? Also is the visa number the red number towards the bottom of the visa or is it the "Control Number" ?

May 11 '09 - Case Approved 10 yr card in the mail

June - 10 yr card recieved

Feb. 19, 2010 - N-400 Application sent to Phoenix Lockbox

April 3, 2010 - Biometrics

May 17,2010 - Citizenship Test - Minneapolis, MN

July 16, 2010- Retest (writing portion)

October 13, 2010 - Oath Ceremony

Journey Complete!

red number is the visa number.

Put down "Entered US as a K1" for status.

As I remember, they want to know when his present status expires....per the I94.

Remember, it is your hubbys petition and not yours. He is the one that signs it, etc.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.
