Hi everyone...Well I received the information from the NVC to fill out my I-864. My wife couldn't be sponsor due to being a full time student. My step dad agreed to be the sponsor. My question is, do both my wife and step dad need to complete a I-864? :help:

Both the spouse and co-sponsor fill out an affidavit of support and provide supporting documentation but your profile says K3. If you received information from NVC about an I-864, that would be for a CR1 or IR1 visa case connected to your I-130. Are you pursuing both K3 and CR1 visas?

You know what, I am really confused  All I know is that My I130 was approved and right after I mailed the affidavit of support and payed the IV bill of 400 dollars. And just recently NVC asked me to send my I864.

That's for the I-130 and CR1 visa path. Where is your I-129F?
