Hi! I am new to this site and apologize if this question has already been covered, but I was wondering about the passport style photographs. My husband and I are filing for his conditions to be removed and according to the literature that I have read you only have to submit the photos if you are outside of the United States or something like that. We both submitted photos with the initial application for Permanent Residency 2 years ago. I just don't want to miss anything. Also do they require a copy of his passport and visa? Again we sent those things with the initial application. Starting to stress out a little and am terrified that I will miss a key document and screw something up. :P Anyway, thanks!!!

No, you don't need to send passport photos.

Yes, you need to include photocopies of greencard and passport.
