sorry before hand if this is NOT the board to place this!..but my husband came in on a CR1 VISA on 6-12-2008...and he received his social security card yesturday!!! SUPER FAST AND IM SOO HAPPY! He will go and get his liscence next week prabably!! so i just to keep evryone updated and our office is in California.

5-26-08 VISA IN HAND FINALLY!!

6-23-08 social security received WOW SUPER FAST!!!

6-24-08 green card arrived!!! WHOOT WHOOT!

3-24-2010 Sent I-751 paperwork to California service center

8-3-2010 I-751 approved!!! WHOO HOO!!!

automatically sent to us!! :star: ... the day after he came we went to the SS office and they told us to wait 3 months and if we didnt receive it to come back and apply for one. but we only had to wait about 1 week!! they are sure working fast!
