I am waiting on NOA2 from VSC. When I see things like:

Petitions with NOA1 dates as follows are currently being processed:

I-129F for K1 Visa

CSC - February 5, 2008

VSC - April 1, 2008

or

Avg. Days btw I-129F 1st NOA and 2nd NOA (Philippines): 53 days [for me so far - 120!]

or data from 5 other Philippine couples...

I-129F NOA1 :..2008-02-21...2008-03-14...2008-03-18...2008-03-18...2008-03-27

12/13/2008 - Letter to Ombudsman #3 "what part of the process is the hold up?" Copy to Senator/chief USCIS COPS

12/15/2008 - Letter to Senator #1 "Help" w/copies of SR and Omb letters

12/19/2008 - Senator response - "USCIS says pending because of the security checks"

11/24/2008 - Touched

12/24/2008 - email RFE coming

12/29/2008 - RFE arrived more photo and another copy of my BC (why wait til now to ask?)

12/30/2008 - Touched

12/30/2008 - Sent reply to RFE

1/05/2009 - Touched

1/05/2009 - Email from USCIS verifying receipt of RFE

2/03/2009 - NOA2 Finally!!

2/24/2009 - Packet 3 from manila

3/09/2009 - Medical

3/18/2009 - Interview

4/03/2009 - VISA

4/09/2009 - Arrival in Atlanta!

I feel your pain! We are in the same boat, filing 12 Feb, although we did have an RFE too. Good luck.

U.S. CITIZEN!!!!!

We also have our application filed last Feb 21 at VSC and also waiting for our NOA2. I pray that we will be all getting our NOA2s very soon to be with our loveones coz its really so hard to be apart from each other. we are keeping the faith.hope all this waiting will come to an end.

Prayer changes things.

The bottom of your timeline says this and answers your question:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 22, 2008 and May 28, 2008*.

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.
