my fiancee and I just got married a couple days ago. Im not sure what the next step is in this proccess. My fiancce would also like to work. What is the next things that we should be doing right now. Also after we got married they said they have to send it to the state or whoever it is so its recognized. Do we have to wait till that completes first?

Congrats on the wedding! You will have to file AOS (Adjustment of Status). This will give her permision to work and legally stay with you. Also, your marrige has to be registered with the state. Therefore, do take your certificate to the registrat's office it wasn't done by whoever married you two. Good luck

Congratulations!!!:thumbs::thumbs:. She can apply for the SSN if she hasn't applied for it yet and start gathering docs for the AOS. She will need EAD for her to be able to work while her AOS is in process. In the meantime, enjoy the honeymoon :). Best wishes to both of you.

Go get your marriage license ASAP and social security card for wife. As soon you do file for AOS. And to do that you need about $1200 and you need to get all your supporting documents for AOS that is required. Good luck and check out the outline and guides here on VJ site.
