I'm from Romania and I'm trying to find the best way to call my family in Romania from USA. I'm currently using those phone cards from callingcardplus.com, but I would like to here some of your ways to keep in contact with your loved ones

6/26/2005 arrived to us with J1

9/09/2005 got married

05/03/2006 send I-485,I-765 and I-130 to Chicago

05/12/2006 received Rejection Notice on I-130

05/15/2006 received Rejection Notice on I-485 and I-765

05/20/2006 send papers again

05/22/2006 USCIS received the forms(1)

06/01/2006 NOA1 for all 3 of them(11)

You may want to try NECC (Sprint). You can visit their website at www.necc.us. If you do, please note that the rates published on their website for calling to Romania are much higher than what you actually pay. You can get a representative for their Romanian Community by calling (954) 573-6266. This has worked out well for me. I can even call my husband from my job and charge the call to my home phone.

i use tel 3. to call the philippines acc to their site calling Romania would be 12 cents/min

May 19 2008 Paid Delbros fee at Metrobank
May 20 2008 First day of medical
May 21 2008 Told to return for sputum test
May 21 2008 Delbros confirmed receiving payment
May 27 2008 Delbros sent proof of payment to USEM
May 27,28,29 2008 Sputum test done
June 6 2008 Delbros sent doc ver request to the NSO

01/17/2007 Faxed the checklist to the Immigrant Visa Unit in Frankfurt

03/29/2007 Got letter from USCIS to provide evidence that our marriage is bona fide

05/03/2007 I have an unofficial "PETITION APPROVED" ...waiting for confirmation from Consulate

05/07/2007 Received email from USCIS ROME confirming that our petition was approved (why Rome? because we complained to the District Office Rome about the Sub-Office Frankfurt..it took too long for our petition to be approved)...now waiting for the interview letter from the Consulate

05/18/2007 E-mail from IV Frankfurt, our interview was scheduled for May 29th

05/19/2007 Packet 4 in the mail: ja ja ja interview letter

05/29/2007 Interview at 7.30 a.m. APPROVED Thank you, God!
