I am abit confused on the I-130 form where they asked

In the section D Other information

No. 2 Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?

If yes give name and place and date of filing and result

My husband filed the visa for me before over the K-1 visa and we got approved and i got the visa. Do we have to answer yes over that question where they asked if we ever before filed a petition?

Please help so we can send the package out soon.

May be a good idea to attach a letter explaining what happened with the first K1 petition.
