Recieving 1st NOA and Check Cashing

Timeline
Hello All,

About 10 calendar days after submitting my I-129F package, I saw that my check was cashed. Do you typically receive the 1st NOA before or after this happens?

You will probably receive the NOA1 in a few days to a week usually....
