hi guys, me and jack had our interview this morning 7am at US embassy. our visa was approved but still pending due to document verification. we dont know what to feel, happy or sad. thanks to document verification. :unsure: oh well.. atleast our interview was done. our patience is now again measured. Oct. 3, 2008 - Married

Oct. 31, 2008 - AOS packet sent to USCIS Chicago, IL via USPS

Nov. 3, 2008 - Packet delivered, 6:56 am, Chicago, IL 60680

Nov.12, 2008 - Check cashed

Nov.14, 2008 - NOA1 for I-485, I-765, I-131 received

Nov.24, 2008 - I-485 transferred from Chicago Service Center to California Service Center

Dec. 5, 2008 - Biometrics Appointment -- done

Dec. 8, 2008 - I-765 Touched

Dec. 9, 2008 - I-485 Touched

Jan. 12, 2009 - EAD card and Advance Parole Received

Jan. 13, 2009 - Applied for Driver's Instruction Permit

Jan. 15, 2009 - Driving written test passed

Jan. 26, 2009 - I-485 Touched

Jan. 31, 2009 - Actual Drive test passed "got my Driver's License"

Feb.25, 2009 - Took NCLEX-RN -- PASSED--- Anais,RN

March 9, 2009 - Green Card received

March 31, 2009 - Got a JOB!!! PCU nurse in the making...

Here's hoping and praying that you will get your visa soonest... follow up mo nalang sa delbros when nila naforward papers mo sa NSO. Hope it wont take long for you to get the visa.

Congrats!:0 we're on the same situation cos of docs verification..i've been waiting for my visa now..am crossing my fingers crossed, and praying hard that it will come next week (nso result was already forwarded to embassy)..keep praying that it wont take long..mine almost 1 month now...:(

In gods perfect time and will..we will have it...yehey!!!

Hi! Marami pala tayo. Kasabay pa yata kita when we had our medical examination at st. Luke's (May27-28). I had my interview last June 3rd. Like you, case still pending due to this document verification process. My bf keeps on calling the Embassy almost every other day. We're keeping our fingers crossed. Dont lost hope. We will get our visa soon....

congratulations :)

just follow up it always in USem if u will not hear from them for more than 1 week, My Co before told me also that my case will be pending coz of document verification, it was not there yet... so, I'm like u, don't know also what i felt, sad,, happy. :):star: but i was surprised when delbros texted me after 3 days of my interview and they delivered my visa right away in the morning..

Congrats sis.. I think there's nothing to worry about that. I have mine too. Doc ver pending. I think it's normal like what my very nice interviewer told me when I asked her. Just keep the faith. God bless us.
