Thank you so much i dont really want to call you "evilgurl" angelgirl could be hehe i wish i knew your name...seriously thank you for your effort its help me a lot especially on #23 because i put my elementary going down to my college so maybe that was the one messed up because everything is correct on that #23 except not making it in order from present institution to the last one

That's probably your RFE for #23. It has to be reverse chronological order. From the latest to earliest.

Same in # 20. Did you list your addresses from the latest to earliest.

In Tintin's case, this is what we did to her #23.

-------------- School and Location -------------------------------------- From To(mm/yyyy) ------- Course of study ------ Degree or Diploma

North Davao College-------- Tagum, Davao Del Norte -------------- 06-2005 --03-2008 ----- Nursing ---------- BS Nursing

Univ. of Immaculate Conception ------ Davao City, Philippines ----- 06-1995 --03-1999 ----- Pharmcay ------- BS in Pharmacy

As you can see, we did not include high school and elementary but we did not get an RFE either.

But as you can see, both evilgurl and I did something similar, we listed them from latest to earliest.

If Im a betting man, I would bet that you got an RFE because you listed both 20 and 23 from earliest to latest instead of the other way around.

Hi there guys, this thread is very timely for us. Our DS-230 was sent to NVC last June 11, visa USPS (In transit), my concern now is the No. 20:

20. LIST BELOW ALL PLACES YOU HAVE LIVED FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS SINCE REACHING THE AGAE OF 16, INCLUDING PLACES IN YOUR COUNTRY OF NATIONALITY. BEGIN WITH YOUR PRESENT RESIDENCE.

City or Town-------Province-------Country-------From/To

Pasay City------- Pasay------- Phils.-------11-2004 to 06-2008 (i obtained a Police Clearance-Pasay)

Pandacan------- Manila------- Phils.-------08-1992 to 11-2004 (i did NOT obtain a Police Clearance-Pandacan Mla.)

Though we have submitted an original NBI CLEARANCE and since we all knew here in the Philippines that NBI is the highest category of verifications methods when finding the persons overall criminal records. I completely forgot to get such documents from the local-Manila police district area. Do u think it will affect our documents NVC processing and we will get an RFE??? Im confused and at the same time mixed emotions thinking this RFE thing, because it will add the agony of waiting again. WE HAD HAVE ENOUGH PRESSURES, ANXIETY, STRESS AND DAMN SO DRAINED WITH THIS WAITING GAME PROCESS. Thanks much.

Hi Edith,

If you're worried, why not also write your high school or and elementary information? I think it will be ok if you do so. Just make sure you write them from the latest to the earliest.

And yes you need to wait for the RFE letter because it will contain a barcoded sheet that you will need to submit along with the requested documents or correction.
