This is the most frequent question. Did you look at the posts PINNED at the top of this forum?

About vaccination record:

Many, just do it by mail using this one in TX. Last I heard he will do it for $20

There is a pined post about this at the top of the AOS forum. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=101202

Note: I-693 has changed some.

I-693 instructions page 4

2. What if I am a K nonimmigrant visa holder and already had a medical exam overseas?

If you were admitted as a:

A. K-1 fiancé(e) or a K-2 child of a K-1 fiancé(e), or as a

B. K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen or a K-4 child of a K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen, and

C. You received a medical examination prior to admission, then-

a. You are not required to have another medical examination as long as your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, is filed within one year of your

overseas medical examination.

b. You will, however, be required to complete Part 1, Information about you, and submit the

vaccination section of Part 2 with your adjustment of status application. A designated

civil surgeon must complete the vaccination section and Part 5, the Civil Surgeon's Certification.

Again this in not a full medical, only the "supplement" is now part 2 of the I-693 form.

You should be able to print out the directions for form I-693 and point out where a full medical is not needed for K-Visa holders to the doctors that are insisting on gouging you.

Some do that and have no problems, but others get RFE for the supplement.

Please read I-485 directions carefuly.

8. Fiancé(e)s.

If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment-of-status application.

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-485instr.pdf

I have read of MANY RFE's for the supplement, or it being requested at the AOS interview.

While some have not sent it and been successfully approved, some have also not sent it and received an RFE.

I think it's incorrect to say it's not required, because the instructions for I-485 say you may submit a vaccination supplement with your application. I take this to mean "you can send it now, or we can ask you for it later".

If you want to reduce your chances of an RFE due to medical information, then send it. If you're happy to take the risk, then don't.

I say, if you have the the documents, send them.

I am one of the people that didn't have any documents BUT had all my vaccinations done and completed before the K-1 interview. So after I was approved the Consulate gave me a big brown envelope that also had the medical info in there. I handed that over to the oficer at my POE and they sent it to where ever they needed to send it, so that I didn't have to do a thing about medical paperwork when I applied for AOS.

As you can see in my signature I am approved. And that without any RFE nor interview. No questions asked...

I guess I am lucky :D
