We made an app. to see someone in 2 days. Went in and found out all was OK and on track. Its nice to talk to people who can answer a question. The stupid people at uscis phone center are such a waste of time not to mention rude.

Yeah nice to talk to an USCIS official in person as we did.

However it turned out he gave the some wrong information anyway!!! :crying:

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

yup USCIS worker on the phone told me all K-1s get transferred to a local off ice thats where my case was...

went to an info pass and they said its still at CSC and that an officer now has it and all security checks have passed...

AOS Timeline

12/05/2007 - Mailed AOS package

07/03/2008 - Received Welcome Letter and Green Card in Mail.
