At filing time, all you do for the K2 is list the child's name when it asks for children of beneficiary. Later the child will have the opportunity to apply for a visa with their immigrating parent.

The form doesn't ask for a birth certificate number. It asks for a naturalization certificate number if citizenship is through naturalization. You were born in the USA, so you just check that box and leave the naturalization certificate number box blank.

What is it you want to send your fiance certified copies of?

Instructions for assembly and mailing are in the guides. Basicly stack the papers in order with a cover letter and put them in an envelope. No notebooks.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
