We didn't get touched until almost 5 and a half or 6 months I think?!! It was a really long time and no answer, 4 months believe it or not friend it's normal for marriage visas. They will make you wait to see how your relationship plays out if you cancel the filing or go on with it. Don't give up just wait it out and tell her to visit you if possible it cuts the waiting down I'd think. I waited a year without seeing my spouse and we don't have any previous divorce decrees or children from previous marriage coming from abroad so it was a basic filing without all the rest of the tension it still took 1 year exactly . I felt the same way as her before but when I saw that it was normal I calmed down.

i waited for 4 months with no touches at all and then all of a sudden APPROVED!!! dont worry it happens when u least expect it! never give up becoz NOTHING IS PREDICTABLE in this process. ((and life))

That has got to be the biggest truth in the universe. It is sometimes wonderfully good, that day when they arrive is all the more magical.

Praise God for the blessings and hang on.

You approval will be coming shortly.

As you see the waiting and depression are normal, not good but normal due to the time waiting for something to happen. Always remember a touch is not a (wonderful sign) it makes us feel good to see a touch but many many cases go thru the approval and will never show a touch, it will happen.

Thank you for starting this thread... we just started this process ourselves and we already have good days and bad days. I can't afford a trip to see him yet but I am praying things will change. I will always wait for him there isn't a min. in my head that I think I won't.... he is my one true love.. my once in a life-time my husband. Not to say I don't cry and wish he was here. I pray 5 times a day and I am always praying that the people they hire and are working in CSC have a kind heart, a quick mind and a desire to help others. Insha'allah we'll all get through this for the better.
