Hello:

I am in located in PA. I filed my I485, and I130 concurrently to the Chicago Lock box. Where will my I-130 be sent to be processed. And do I need to wait for that to be processed, before I count the three months to get my EAD? According to this site, it says my EAD should be adjudicated by August 18th. Am I understanding this correctly? My I485 would not have even started to be processed yet. Anyone able to shed some light on this for me?

Not quite. The common timeline goes something like this:

1. You get NOAs for your concurrent 485/130/765s;

2. you get an NOA for your biometrics appointment;

3. you get your EAD in the mail;

4. you get an NOA for your AOS interview date;

5. you go to the interview;

6. dependant on your district office, if approved, they will stamp your passport with a temporary greencard (ADIT I-551 stamp). If approved, they will also approve your 130 concomitantly. It is very unusual for officers to "deny" you on the spot of the interview. The norm is, you are usually approved notwithstanding any FBI name check delays; and

7. you usually get your green card (after the approval date) in two weeks time.

Remember, depending on your local office, the timeline aboves serves only as a step-by-step in terms of documents processed. The actual times may vary. Some people completed the whole process in 6 months or less, whereas my application took almost 12 months.
