No mail since May 22nd email

Hello,

My email updates on May 22nd and 28th stated they sent my welcome letter and approval notice, but I haven't gotten anything in the mail. I am wondering if I should be worried because I changed my address in February. However, I called in after 45 days of changing my address if my address has been updated with USCIS and DHS, and the lady said my new address is what they have now. I will call again tomorrow to ask about it, but do you think an infopass is necessary?

All I know is my own experience: I changed my address a few weeks after sending in my K1 petition. I got confirmation on the phone AND a letter in the mail from USCIS to my NEW address, saying my address had been updated. After 2.5 MORE months, they sent the RFE to the OLD address. Thank goodness my old roommates gave me the letter. The post office does not forward govt mail, so I guess it is returned to them if no one is at the address. I would do everything you can do get the info on when the approval notice was mailed (the approval notice is the one with the green card in it), and inform them that you didn't receive it yet. Definitely contact your old address if someone is living there now. Good luck!

PS If the approval notice was only sent on May 28, wait some more days before panicking (I would say two weeks after they sent it). It may still come to your new address!
